1. Picturish may collect some information while you upload pictures and/or stay in this site.
2. This information is related to run-time variables such as Frames per Second your computer is processing to render certain effects, errors occurring during upload or effects render processes, etc.
3. All this information will be used to improve our system.
4. Additionally, Picturish may collect Internet Protocol Address (I.P.). It can be used to report those unscrupulous users who may upload ilegall content, such as child pornography, to respective authorities.

1. Picturish is a free service that allows users to upload and host unlimited pictures/images/photos.
2. Picturish reserves the right to delete any inappropriate content, such as:
1. Inactive content: more than 3 months without a visit.
2. Adult content: any graphic work related with sex, nudity or violence.
3. Illegal content: such as child pornography, which will be reported to respective authorities.
4. Any other content that Picturish administration consider inappropiate and/or offensive.
3. According to prior point, user pictures, images or photos will be stored for an unlimited period of time, unless content becomes inactive or it is considered inappropiate.
4. Picturish allows to upload pictures/images/photos of 5 MB maximum file size, of the following extensions: jpg gif png tiff bmp.
5. Picturish may change Terms and/or Privacy Policy, from time to time, without prior notice to you.
6. By uploading pictures and using this site, you are accepting these Terms.

If you upload your pictures as Public, everyone may be able to see them, and they also may appear in search engines and/or certain Picturish pages.

If you upload your pictures as Not-Public, they should not appear on Picturish pages, search engines and will be available for you and for those who received the direct link from you.
